Hi, I'm Jim Piazza.
Founder and owner of Piazza Property Pros. Since 2004, I've dedicated my life to one simple mission: bringing resort-style living to backyards across Delaware County, Chester County, and the Main Line.
In 2015 we spun up Pro Pool Experts as the pool-only division of the company. I started it because I saw a gap in the industry — most pool companies have one person wearing eight hats. Where we're different is that every part of your project is handled by someone whose entire job is to do that one thing well.
Two decades of building outdoor spaces taught us that pools deserve their own team, their own truck, their own chemistry, and their own certified operators. That's Pro Pool Experts — same standards as Piazza Property Pros, focused entirely on pool maintenance, repair, installations, and renovations.
